Almond-Maple Cookies

| Ingredients:
3/4 cup coarsely chopped almonds or 3/4 cup sliced almonds crushed – I prefer the sliced as they are easier to work with
3 tbsp almond flour
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Combine vanilla and syrup, and stir into nuts and almond flour.
- Spoon in 1 1/2 teaspoon amounts onto parchment-lined cookie sheet. Press lightly to flatten–may need to dampen fingers.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until edges are slightly browned.
- Remove from oven and slide parchment onto cooling rack. Cool completely before carefully removing cookies.
