| Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients: 6 cups quick oats 1 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup flaxseed meal 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 cup sliced almonds, opt. 1 cup unsweetened macaroon coconuts 1 teas salt
Wet Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup soft dates, cut up, press down to measure 1/3-1/2 cup honey or liquid sweetener of choice 1/3 cup mild olive oil 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla 1 tbsp orange juice concentrate 1/2 tsp almond extract |

Once the granola is mixed, if you wish, you can put half in the freezer in a sealed container and bake it at a later date. |
